COMMENTS:

Cotter Floors competitively tendered the Andrew Kerr Aged care project and successfully negotiated the floorcoverings contract with FourSQ construction.

The project which consisted of existing and new build structures was staged over approximately 4 months. The scope included 62 bedrooms with ensuites and all other general areas such as corridors, meals areas, amenities, etc both in hard and soft finishes.

Cotter Floors also carried out all relevant preparation, including diamond grinding, moisture protection, cementitious screeds, masonite hardboard, and fiber cement sheet underlays to satisfactorily receive the below-mentioned materials. Overall the project was a great success for Cotter Floors, the extended Foursq team, and most importantly the client.
